Blog Income Report – October 2008

The October month passed very slowly. I could not do regular postings because I have examinations so I have to concentrate on my studies. But I could make a decent income even I am not regular at blogging. I have to manage both things on one plane. In the month of October I have applied to major networks but they turned down my application. May be I am not regular at blogging and the blog is still in development mode.
Adsense – $36.16
Sponsorships – $32
Private Ads – $0
Advertising Cost – 0
Total Revenue – $68.16
I will re-apply to them in future. Many bloggers are worried that due to global melt down their income would decrease because there would be reduce in online purchase but this season can be beneficial for them because Christmas in coming near, so people hope there will be swing in their earnings if people make purchases online. I don’t want to depend on adsense any more I would like to make money with affiliate marketing. It is not good to pull all the eggs in one basket. It is good for bloggers like clickfornick, who brings majority of blog’s income from adsense.They need not spend too much time on applying to affiliate programs and promoting them.
